Due to our limited availability we encourage you to book as soon as possible. We offer complimentary pre-booking consultations to ensure we can carry out your wishes, and expectations. Lists of suggested meeting locations are listed here.
If you're planning an event from out of state, this site, along with email and phone consultations will ensure success. The client area of this site is custom tailored for each of our clients. The information stored in the database includes planners, music suggestions, and an interactive music library for you to choose your special selections.
Fee Schedule
The quote you'll receive is for up-to four hours of guest time. The Event Fee is determined by the following criteria:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Needs
We will provide a written quotation based on the information you submit, and will include additional fees if applicable. Such fees may include extensive travel, extremely difficult load-in situations, additional equipment, (such as second systems for ceremonies, large lighting rigs etc.), etc.
What's Included in the Fee
The necessary sound equipment for the venue you've chosen, a wireless microphone, and an optional ambiance lighting system.

Setup / breakdown, and standard travel within King and Snohomish counties are always included. (Some exceptions may apply). More details about our services can be found on our packages page.
Off peak discounts may be available during the months of January, February, and March.
We require a non-refundable retainer fee equal to thirty percent of the total event fee. The retainer is due with the signed agreement to secure our services. The reaming balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.

Starting the Process
If possible, we'd prefer to meet with you in person before we send, or sign agreements. You may want to start by checking our availability. If you would like to provide us with event information, please fill out all of the information on the form.

Under most circumstances, we are able to provide written quotations via email, but prefer to speak with you on the phone about the details. Be sure to enter a password so you may log back in to utilize the tools in the client area.
The following requirements are needed to provide quotations via email:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Number of guests in attendance
- Any detailed information about the atmosphere you're envisioning would also be helpful
Scheduling a Meeting
We will come to the meeting location prepared with a small presentation, including photos of our systems, room layouts, planning materials, and an agreement for your review, and our ears wide open to your ideas.
We love to listen! We can incorporate all of your ideas, and mix that in with our experience to create the perfect event! We don't offer any cookie cutter services. Every event is considered unique in its own way.
